Creating Waves of Earned via Storytelling

As AOR for more than 7 years, Citizen led Princess Cruises’ storytelling efforts to drive brand awareness and affinity, as well as bookings for one of the premiere cruise lines in the world.

Our work ranged from national and local media relations, new amenity and partnership launches, and co-ordination of familiarization trips with top-tier influencers, to large-scale experiential activations and media events throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as crisis communications.

In addition to introducing dozens of new amenities via influencer events, Citizen launched two new mega ships – the Royal Princess christened by Princess Kate Middleton and the Regal Princess, for which we created the largest Love Boat reunion at sea bringing together the entire cast and 25 of the show’s most memorable guest stars. Both launches were covered by every major entertainment show, top morning shows among hundreds of other mainstream broadcast, print and online outlets.
